A Site Manager is required within a large Glasgow Bodyshop

Due to career progression our client is looking to identify a skilled Site Manager to lead the Glasgow branch of this leading accident repair centre to the next level.

This is a rare opportunity for an accident repair professional to join a business of this scale and prestige and due to the need to consider only the very strongest candidates a relocation package will be considered.

The successful Manager will need to demonstrate, above all, their strengths as a leader and a true manager. The Site Manager will possess a track record demonstrating the highest levels of workforce engagement and motivation.

In addition our Site Manager will possess experience of managing a similar bodyshop or accident repair environment - perhaps under their responsibility within a broader dealership general management post.
The Manager will be able to clearly demonstrate their ability to generate impressive results by increasing customer satisfaction, performance, profitability and operating efficiency.

This is a unique chance to take the lead of a successful, well performing accident repair centre in Glasgow that currently employees around 50 individuals and completes 5000+ units every year. A basic salary negotiable from £40,000 is offered for this role in addition to a bonus equating to 20% of salary and benefits such as car and healthcare. A relocation package is also to be considered for the right candidate.
