We are looking for a Digital Forensics Training Manager to deliver a world class digital forensics (DF) training programme as part of an innovative managed service.

The role will initially be based in London as the managed service mobilises with the inaugural customer, who is the UK’s largest Law Enforcement Agency. Your responsibilities will include the delivery of face to face classroom based training, to a wide range of frontline staff who will typically have very little prior DF knowledge. As the service scales you will be expected to take ownership of the training materials and develop them accordingly.

You will be required to uphold our company values, principally focussed on business excellence and success through customer relationships via a strong sense of common purpose in the team. Your aim will be to ensure overall customer satisfaction, identify process improvements, create solutions and work with the customer to make the training the centrepiece of the service. You will also be required to assist in growing the account by providing the same service to other customers.

Ideally you will have a law enforcement, military or technology vendor background with significant exposure to Digital Forensics as either a practitioner or trainer, and be familiar the DF technologies used in Tier 1 or frontline environments. It is essential that you have recognised training qualifications and exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
