The Company

Our client is a growing, international, creative agency based in the beautiful surroundings of the Oxfordshire countryside. It is easily accessible from bordering counties: Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Berkshire, so driving is essential due to their location. Their growing digital department works across a range of diverse projects including web apps, native apps, e-commerce websites, promotional and showcase sites, and more. They are looking for a middleweight Digital Designer who wants to develop their own skills using the latest web technologies to create innovative solutions.

The Role

As Digital Designer, you will report to the Head of Digital, and work alongside a team of 8. You will be responsible for creative development of web-based solutions, and support the ongoing creative development of existing solutions. You will participate in creative scoping sessions and help guide the creative process. Part of your role will include creating considered UI/UX and holding workshops with clients, where you will explain solutions to complex problems.

About You

You love working within a creative environment, and can come up with plenty of ideas and solutions to help your clients. You are used to working alongside developers. As a strong team player, you enjoy supporting your colleagues and can effectively manage your own workload. In addition:

·Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
·Experience in designing responsive/adaptive solutions
·Experience in testing and optimising solutions
·Highly competent working with brand guidelines
·Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team
·Experience with Sketch and InVision is advantageous
·Experience working with an Agile methodology and/or using JIRA is desirable
