Our highly esteemed Kingsclere client is currently looking for an experienced Lead Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Team Project Manager, the chosen candidate will be expected to take ownership and set the strategic direction of a project.

Key Responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

* Leading internal project teams
* Advising clients throughout the transaction process from start to finish
* Acting as the primary interface between client and prospective acquirers as well as third party external advisors
* Taking full responsibility for each aspect of the company delivery
* Advising clients on readiness for the market
* Consulting on necessary measures to prepare of the client's business and ultimately guiding projects through to a successful transaction
* Negotiating deal terms
* Maintaining accurate and complete CRM records, including all client communications, meeting notes, offers and deal completion details

The ideal candidate:

* Should ideally be ACA/ACCA qualified
* Should ideally have a Corporate Finance background
* Must have Lead Advisor experience across a range of sectors
* Must have a proven Business Development track record
* Must have experience of managing accounts/portfolios and relationships for multiple clients
* Should be able to quickly understand a client and their business as well as industry sectors and financial performance
