An excellent opportunity for an ambitious and talented recently qualified ACA / ACCA to join the growing Corporate Finance team of a leading Independent Corporate Finance House.

You will be responsible for working on a variety of M&A, fund raising and valuation assignments across a range of sectors including TMT, Business services, Hospitality and Leisure and Healthcare.

You are likely to be recently qualified (ACA / ACCA or equivalent with first time passes) with c2 years minimum Corporate Finance or Transaction Services.

In addition you should have proven project management skills, spreadsheet / modelling experience, and the ability to work effectively as a part of a small team. Commercial awareness and report writing skills are also key. In addition to working to working on a variety of challenging transactions you will also be encouraged to be actively involved in business development.
