White Knight are currently working with a leading care provider in your area who is looking to recruit a Registered Manager for an Elderly nursing home based in Oswestry.

This national provider is well established in the Healthcare sector and has become one of the largest providers in the UK.

The home specialises in providing exceptional residential and dementia care in a high quality setting that is homely throughout. The role of the Home Manager is to manage all aspects of the Home`s daily operation, ensuring that the highest possible standard of care is provided in accordance with company policy and registration with the CQC, where clients are enabled to live with dignity and wellbeing.

Paying £41,000 DOE+ 25% BONUS SCHEME - RANGE OF BENEFITS

Ideally nurse qualified you must have management experience in a nursing home setting and have experience of developing homes and driving the quality of care forward. The Home Manager will have a track record of improving the homes they have managed and have experience of overseeing large staff teams.
