Our Client a Global Banking Company is looking for a proactive Team Assistant to join their busy team in their London office.

Main Duties will include:

* Arranging and managing meetings
* Managing diaries
* Reconciling expenses and invoice administration
* Co-ordinating complex business trips
* Arranging visas
* Preparing documents and presentations
* General admin/ad-hoc duties
* Acting as first point of contact within the department
* Assisting global team members when they visit the London office

Desirable skills:

* Previous high level administrative / PA experience within a corporate environment
* Experience organising complex travel using travel and expenses booking tools
* Advanced MS Office
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Strong communication, both spoken and written
* High levels of initiative and a proactive approach
* Positive manner
* Well-developed problem solving
