Company Secretarial Assistant required for a London Insurance Managing Agency.

We are currently assisting a London based MGA recruit within their busy Company Secretary Team. To be considered for this role, you must have experience working within a Company Secretarial department ideally within the Insurance Market, Law or Financial Services.

Reporting directly into the Compliance Director, you will be responsible for:

Preparing and distributing Committee, Board and Group packs and papers.
Attending, recording high quality minutes and action points for the above meetings.
Collating the status of agreed action points prior to the next meeting.
Distributing the final minutes to schedule, ensuring agreement and compliance.

Furthermore, you will be working within a regulated market and must have a strong understanding of Lloyd's regulations, FCA and PRA guidelines.
