Position Statement:

To manage the Administration team, to support the Companies various departments in a fair and non-biased manner to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely & efficient manner.

Working to drive continuous improvements, motivate, streamline & drive efficiencies.

Position Objectives:
- Working to improve efficiencies across all 3 entities
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers both internally and externally
- Understand the needs/ wants and desires of all departments and seek to deliver a world class service through continual improvement
- Ability to listen and speak out, ensuring everyone is treated fairly with equal rights.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Able to quickly analyse situations to identify issues and opportunities and see these through to completion
- A team player, highly motivated, able to work autonomously and has a 'can do' attitude
- Manages own time effectively and keeps to schedules.
- Focuses on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills Daily administrative tasks which include answering and handling telephone, sales order processing, quote generation and providing administration support to the Companies functions along with other office duties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a positive, energetic and enthusiastic person who has had experience both in Administration and Managing a team and is looking for a fresh challenge.

Skills required:
- Experience of working in a busy environment
- Have a hands on approach
- Experience of Reception Duties and Telephone handling
- Working both as an individual and part of a team
