This is an opportunity to join a privately owned company and a market leader within their North London catchment area. Their success is credited to their truly personal service and in-depth property industry knowledge.

They are looking for Receptionist & Office Administrator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and characteristics:

- Customer focused
- Well polished and presentable
- Answering telephone (first point of call) and booking appointments
- Meet and Greet (inc making teas and coffees)
- Enter all properties into their data base
- Regularly text applicants with new properties availability
- Update all properties on TV screens
- Take holding deposit for rentals
- Carry out referencing of tenants and ensure paperwork is correct
- Assist the admin team in their duties as and when required
- Ensure kitchen is tidied (but not that people take advantage of it) and dishwasher is switched on in evening and emptied in the morning

The candidate should not travel more than 30 minutes from their home to the office.
