This is an opportunity to join a well-established woman's fashion distributor who have an expanding retail and web concessions business. They currently have over 400 retail concessions in the UK and Ireland with major retailers including New Look, Debenhams, Dorothy Perkins and Outfit. They also trade their brands on line with these retailers.

They are looking for a dynamic, hard-working, fashion conscious and passionate ecommerce admin assistant to join their young evolving brand. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of digital, eCommerce as allocated by the Digital Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the online catalogue through uploading, updating and removing products as required and optimising through category merchandising
- Responsible for online product launches and launch process. Ensuring products have the required data and imagery to launch on time, and if not work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales on site
- Process daily customer orders and returns ensuring all orders and returns are processed within required timelines.
- Picking and packing light weight internet orders
- Stock takes
- Accountable for all admin tasks to be completed accurately and on time, including; refunds, returns, customer escalations etc
- Review and make corrective actions on stock availability for website and marketplaces - at the end of week and mid-week - to optimize availability
- Customer Service

Skills and Experience

- Experience of working in an E-commerce environment
- Must have strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Excel specifically in data manipulation, basic report generation and simple array formulas
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple work requests and projects

- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- A customer centric attitude to service
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Keen and enthusiastic with a desire to take on new responsibilities
- CMS knowledge (desirable)
- WordPress experience
