We’re an award-winning Production Company based in the heart of East London and are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our small team.

We produce branded video content for Social Media campaigns that people watch, like and share.

You’ll represent a key role in our expansion and will bring the vision to leverage and promote our decade of industry experience. You’ll ideally have a creative background, selling digital marketing or advertising services to B2B markets.

If you’re looking to work for a big corporate organisation, with pre-established internal structures, teams and processes, then we’re probably not for you. You’ll be tasked with the challenge of designing and implementing a business development strategy, expanding our client network and tracking / reporting targets via a CRM.

You’ll need to have the the energy and personality to open up new doors and establish strong client relationships as well as the charisma to identify growth opportunities that will create more value from existing customers.

You’ll join us in our open plan and upbeat co-working space - seconds from buzzing Shoreditch High Street - where people are encouraged to thrive and to be the best they can be. You’ll be given the tools you need to succeed and have full access to meeting rooms, Skype booths, a modern fully fitted kitchen and breakout spaces. And at the end of a hard week, our fridge is stocked with ice cold drinks to kick start the weekend.

The role:

•50% of your time will be on the phone, contacting brands directly to get an understanding of their current relationships and their marketing plans over the next 12 months

•The other 50% of the role will be to:

•Research the brands you’ll be targeting

•Devise, implement and execute a B2B business development strategy tracked via a CRM system

•Maintain excellent long term relationships with clients and expand the database of prospects through strategic calling, e-mails and meetings

•Identify growth opportunities and create more value from existing clients

•Work with the company director to develop materials which will enhance the sales process

•Monitor and benchmark competitor agencies and their offering

•Track, record and monitor revenue opportunities and forecasts as well as personal ROI & KPIs

•Be active in attending relevant seminars, conferences and exhibitions

The ideal fit:

•Confident, credible and charismatic both on the phone and in person

•An engaging personality with a natural charm and energy to provide a consultative approach to winning new business

•A strong communicator, with a clear and calm personal style and excellent written and presentation skills

•A talented networker with the ability to build relationships at all levels

•Excellent knowledge of CRM systems and the ability to demonstrate sales planning experience

•A strong background in B2B new business within the advertising and digital marketing sector would be an advantage

•A great sense of humour and a positive outlook on life
