1st Line Support Engineer - Manchester - Windows, Server, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, Netapp - £18,000 - £20,000

The Role

This is a brilliant opportunity for an IT apprentice or someone with 12 month IT experience and skills surrounding Windows, Server, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, and Netapp. The role is to provide first-line fault diagnostics and resolution both through the fault monitoring and trouble ticket system and over the phone where staff will call in with a variety of IT issues and queries. Complex faults are passed onto the Second and Third Line teams, after having been logged on the company helpdesk system. We work to strict KPIs and SLAs; attention to detail and a can-do attitude are essential.
