Our client is looking for an IT Service Desk Operative. The business is growing and this could be the perfect opportunity for someone to start or progress into their IT Career.
Your Duties will Include:
Providing first line support on desktop, mobile devices, printers and related system issues, MS Office and user administration as required and maintain a productive environment for users. To seek advice on possible resolutions when necessary or hand over problems to more senior IT team members. Regular movement and placement of hardware including PC’s, monitors and printers.
- 5 GCSE's (A*-C).
- Customer service 1 year.
- Have a genuine interest in IT.
