Brand Executive

East Grinstead, West Sussex

£35,000 per annum plus benefits

Talent Hub is looking for a Brand Executive with skills in brand marketing, to be responsible for co-ordinating key brand initiatives and ensuring the organisation apply their brand consistently. Experience within B2C leisure, travel, retail or financial services would be benefical.

The job includes:

  • Ensuring the brand identity it is correctly applied and consistent with brand guidelines across all channels online and offline
  • Deploy the brand strategy across the organisation including brand essence, brand values, identity and tone of voice.
  • Work with external agencies and internal stakeholders on development of design projects, including briefing, providing feedback, shaping output and giving sign off
  • Work with the wider marketing team to measure 'brand health’ and monitor market trends, identifying opportunities and key issues that could affect the brand
  • Work with the internal stakeholders to ensure employees are engaged with the brand, understand how we are establishing and embedding the new brand positioning and have the opportunity to input / be part of the ongoing journey

You will have:

  • Previously worked in a similar job and have relevant experience in a marketing / brand role
  • Proven skills in briefing, managing and implementing marketing / brand projects
  • Able and happy to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
  • Creative eye for design and creative
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders
  • Project Management skills
  • Flexible approach to working within a deadline driven environment
  • Experience of the travel or outdoor leisure markets preferable
