1st/2nd Line Support Analyst

Location: Central Manchester

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

My client is a leading Travel company based in Manchester city centre looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst you will be reporting to the Group Head of IT working within a team across multiple sites, this role encompasses all of the requirements of maintaining, supporting and developing our internal/external applications.

Skill

Have illustratable problem solving skills

Demonstrate a desire to acquire new skill sets and technologies

Provide 1st and 2nd Line support for internally developed systems

Provide bug fixes for .NET solutions

Support of Agresso Business World and Central Command

Desirable

Travel experience
