Application Support Specialist
Due to current growth a property development software company based in Nottingham are looking for an application support specialist to join their team.
The role will involve defect identification and resolution, configuration changes and general inquiries. As well as mentoring junior level support specialists.
·Receive and log all incoming requests on the defined support software tool
·Work through the issue with the user to provide either a first time resolution or short term fix to enable them to carry on their duties
·Own the user testing phase to ensure successful sign off for the resolution
·Perform SQL database queries
·Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on a support desk (application support)
·Strong verbal and written communication skills
·User testing techniques
·Ideally the job holder will be ITIL V3 qualified
