We are currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious Technical Lead (Software Development) to join a world leading company, who offer a platform that is used by millions daily, to join their new development team based out of central Manchester. The ideal candidate for this Technical Development Lead must have a proven track record as a Leading Software Developer (C#/ASP.NET), as well as leading Agile software development projects, based around Microsoft Technology, RDBMS experience (preferred SQL Server) and working in Agile environments. You must be an excellent communicator on a technical level and must have the ability to adapt to working in responsive working environments.

The Technical Development Lead may be currently working as a Development Manager, Head of Development or Lead Developer. So you should be experienced in leading, mentoring and motivating other talented developers throughout a project lifecycle. You should also have experience in conducting code reviews.
