Our client on the outskirts of Pontypridd require an organised individual with experience in scheduling. The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for field based auditors and organise their work schedule.

Main duties:

- Provide office based support to field based Auditors.
- Create workload schedule for field based Auditors.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure SLAs are met.
- Create, validate and distribute all relevant reports.
- Assist with administration tasks relating to the department.
- Use Excel to maintain data and create reports.

Skills / Experience Required:

- Good working knowledge of Excel is essential ideally including V Look ups and formulas.
- Experience of working in a busy admin role is essential.
- Experience of analysing data is highly desirable.
- must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- excellent attention to detail.
- strong organisation and scheduling skills.
- ability prioritise and manage workload.
- Experience of working in a similar role in financial services is highly desirable.

It is essential you have a good credit history. You will be required to undertake a credit check as part of the recruitment process.

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £17,000 - £18,000 per annum
