Our partner is looking for an experienced Java Technical lead with previous CMS experience to take control of leading the team that is responsible for delivering and developing an entirely new CMS that will be the core of their business strategy moving forward.

This company are a global conference and event player which are based here in London. You will be joining their team as they go through a massive digital transformation. As Java Technical Lead you will be responsible for driving development on the CMS platform which is the core of their business. This is a truly complex system that they are converting to a Microservice architected application.

Technically for this role we are looking for someone with full stack experience. The majority of your work will be backend in development so some with extensive Java experience including Spring, Jenkins/Maven and working with Microservices. You will also demonstrate experience of having worked on enterprise content management systems in a previous role. In regards to frontend someone who has experience with Javascript, HTML and CSS wold be minimum. Exposure to tech such as AWS, Apache, Tomcat or Angular will be a benefit.

The package for the right Lead Software Engineer will be a salary up to £75,000 with 15% bonus plus associated benefits. In addition to this there will be paid training with adobe to gain AEM which is an extremely rare skill and will make you highly valued after just are short time with this business.
