Elevation Office Support are currently recruiting for a highly professional, Trainee Financial Planning Assistant for my client, a Professional Services business based in the Sheffield area.

This is an excellent opportunity that can offer fantastic progressive opportunities, for an ambitious candidate who would like to progress their career into the direction of working within a Financial Services capacity.

The main purpose of the role will be to assist the wider Client Service Team in delivering an outstanding, quality service. The successful candidate will be able to easily develop effective working relationships with team members and clients, assisting with building a detailed and professional report, ensuring all clients' circumstances are recorded correctly, assisting the wider team with their workload.

At this level, my client would consider candidates whom are at the end of their education.

Key Responsibilities;

*Helping the team with the delivery of a service that exceeds clients' expectations
*Learning to produce accurate & timely portfolio valuations
*Being familiar with our client service proposition
*Maintaining the client database accurately and thoroughly
*Ensuring all client related tasks are recorded correctly onto the database with thorough notes
*Contacting providers to request ad hoc client information for the teams
*Passionate about the Wealth Advisory brand and take pride in what the company stand for
*Keeping up to date with Wealth Advisory updates and other bulletins
