Salesforce Trainer / CRM Trainer (Analysis, Support) - Bedford - up to £35,000

A global technology business based in Bedford is looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to join their Head Office

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in the continued enhancement and improvement of the company's Salesforce system. The overall aim of the position will be to add more functionality and access for key departments such as the marketing, customer service and post sales teams.

To be considered, you must have experience working within a similar Salesforce role and have a strong understanding of CRM applications. In particular, knowledge of Salesforce Developer Community (SFDC) administration practices such as workflows, reporting dashboards, customer objects and formula fields.
