Sales Manager - Motor Trade
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our client, a well respected retailer group who is looking to recruit an experienced SALES MANAGER, for its PREMIUM/VOLUME business in the North London area.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record as a Sales Manager in the franchise dealer network and must be committed to achieving excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance and profitability.
You must have strong people management skills as your primary focus it to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
The successful Sales Manager will be an experienced car sales manager and will have had experience of management in both new car sales and used car sales.
Essentially the General Sales Manager will be a motivational leader, able to both inspire those around them but also develop coach and train the sales team.
It is expected that the successful General Sales Manager will be either working within a similar role within the franchised dealer network or will perhaps be an existing, highly successful New or Used Car Sales Manager looking for an opportunity for growth and development.
