As a dedicated Administrator who enjoys a busy, every changing work environment, we need you to join our dedicated team at the High Wycombe Diagnostic Centre. The High Wycombe Diagnostic Centre offers patients a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, from Ultrasound to MRIs. As an Administrator working at the service, you will have the ability to work effectively as a multi professional team member within a dynamic environment. You will provide a comprehensive, patient-centred clinical administration process along with other members of the administration team. You will be responsible for the procession of completed examination reports for referring clinicians and you may also be required to cover the reception desk, complete appointment scheduling and data entry. The Requirements

In order for you to be considered for the job, as a minimum we are looking for you to: • Have experience of working within an administrative role • Have experience of working within a customer care environment • Have experience of working within a telephone environment • Be numerate and literate • Have excellent communication skills, in particular telephone communication It would be nice for you to have any one of the below, although these are not essential: • Experience of data input • Experience of working within a healthcare setting • An understanding of medical terminology

This is a full-time fixed term-contract for 9 months. Full time is 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis. We are open evenings and weekends, so you'll have to flexible for evenings/weekends. Dependant on experience, the salary for this job is from £15,000 - £17,000 per annum. We also offer 25 days annual leave + 8 public holidays, Contributory pension scheme 2-5%, as well as regional/national opportunities, cycle to work scheme, childcare vouchers and online discounts.
