The role

A Support Desk Manager with knowledge of ITIL, LAN/WAN, VOIP, Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Active Directory, Virtualisation, Citrix, Exchange, Troubleshooting is required to lead a team in ensuring the effective and efficient day to day running of the company.

Managing a team of 9, the role will involve both management and providing hands on technical expertise. You will provide support to your team whilst managing their daily operations. This will include aspects such as managing team and individual workload, holding weekly meetings and carrying out appraisals. Furthermore; you will spend time in a client facing support role, effectively troubleshooting issues and efficiently resolving problems.

Using effective communication, time management and problem solving skills you will lead by example to ensure your team is working to its' full potential.
