£60K-£70K plus Car Allowance plus Double OTE

My client are a large IT Solutions Provider with a solid track record of success within IT Infrastructure & Associated Services. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Overlay Sales Specialist to join their business focusing on Data Centre Solutions.

The role will be a customer facing role, working closely with the Account Management team, acting as the Subject Matter Expert on the Data Centre line of business. This could include Infrastructure, Data & Storage Management, Hybrid Cloud Solutions, Data Migration, Data Protection, Analytics & Big Data.

As an Overlay Sales Specialist, you will be working within key enterprise accounts alongside the Account Management team to manage any Data Centre opportunities from inception through to delivery. You must have a good technical knowledge around the Data Centre - but more importantly you will have a thorough knowledge around the business benefits of a Data Centre Solution and can have commercial conversations at C-Level within key accounts to ensure business is secured.

Average order values will be between £500K and £10M - successful candidates will need to have experience of this level.

Developing and closing multiple deals in the region of £500k - £10M Revenue, selling to Blue Chip clients in the mid market, Public Sector and Enterprise (c2000+ users).
The ability to manage the entire deal lifecycle from inception to delivery start and commercial close
Demonstrable experience of commercial management in a services organisation
Understanding of commercial and risk management in a Solutions environment

You'll have extensive knowledge and experience proposing and selling Datacenter solutions to a variety of enterprise customer accounts. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and present to a diverse audience, with an enthusiastic and dynamic attitude and proactive approach.
