My client is a leading artistic agency with offices across the UK, they have a very young, relaxed but faced paced environment with regular team activities. The group currently has a total payroll of 180 employees but the successful candidate will be working in the IT team which consists of 5 based in the Head Office in central London this is a Full-time role and hours are Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm

The ideal candidate will have a confident outgoing personality and be able to adapt to different people and environments. You must be able to hit the ground running and quickly get up to speed with the existing system, able to work using your own initiative and prioritise workload effectively in line with business demands and creating reasonable dates for delivery and working to deadlines

The Role
The role will involve the development, enhancement and maintenance of the existing bespoke C#/JS/SQL system at the very core of the business. This database has been developed over a number of years and is key to IT systems of the business.

Skills & Experience (As many of the following as possible):

*Full stack developer
*Microsoft ASP.NET 4 Framework
oMVC 3/4/5
oRazor for MVC
oEntity Framework 6 / Code First ORM
oKnockout (MVVM)
*Microsoft SQL 2012
oQuery optimisation
oPerformance tuning
oStored Procedures
Desirable: (as many as possible)
*SSRS Reporting
*Autofac (IoC, Dependency Injection)
*IIS 7.5
*MSBuild & TransformXML
*Unit Tests / CI
*Familiar with design principles such as SOLID, DRY and best practice patterns such as Repository , Service Locator patterns, etc.
*Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be beneficial but not essential

-Salary depending on experience.
-28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), after two years continuous service this becomes 33 days (including Bank Holidays)
