Customer Service Advisor (email)
Full time - need to be available between 8am - 8pm.
Shift usually work out as;
2 x 8- 4.15pm
2 x 10-6.15pm
1 x 11.45 - 8pm
Saturday 8-2pm 1 in 3
My well established client is a leading credit provider who specialises in debt purchasing. They are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors who will be mainly email based. (part time and full time)
The main purpose of the role is to respond to any queries that come in via email from customers or third parties. Also;
- To deliver excellent customer service
- Ensuring any complaints are escalated to the right department
- Managing all queries within a timely manner
Experience of Microsoft, letter writing and customer service is desirable.
