Internal Account Manager - Key Accountabilities:

  • Win new business through pro-active outbound telephone activity
  • Manage new and existing relationships
  • Selling the complete range of EE’s portfolio of Hardware, Software, Services and Solutions
  • To provide professional and time effective account management and customer services to a portfolio of customers across a number of different vertical markets
  • To build and manage a pipeline of larger ongoing opportunities
  • To support junior Sales team members with queries and in the resolution of any issues
  • To make recommendations to customers on the best solutions

Internal Account Manager - Required Competencies:

  • Highly customer focused with a strong work ethic
  • Possess excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Display strong ability to influence
  • Have a personable and friendly nature with the ability to work on own initiative but to also be a team player
  • Be a quick learner who is proactive and able to work on own initiative
