Help reduce the impact of IT problems & change to the business within Arqiva, global Leader in Communications Infrastructure.

As Change & Problem Analyst, reporting to our Service Delivery Manager, you’ll use Problem and error control to minimise the adverse impact of IT incidents on the business, including root cause analysis, managing a known error database to implement permanent solutions. Ensuring consistent, efficient and prompt handling of IT changes with minimum disruption to service through the effective use of Change Management processes and systems you’ll contribute to the effectiveness of Arqiva IT's decision-making by managing and providing accurate information on changes. You’ll facilitate and chair meetings to progress Problem investigation, Changes and Releases and emergency CAB meetings, perform reviews and ensure that sufficient information and attendees are available for thorough assessment and informed decision-making. You’ll also:
• Provide reports about Problem investigations, review and change management
• Input to continuous improvement by providing feedback on problem and change management processes and suggesting improvements.

With experience administering a Problem Management process and ideally Change Management within a large, complex IT environment you’ll have a broad understanding of standard IT enterprise systems and applications. Confident chairing meetings with the ability to clearly communicate complex details to key business stakeholders you’ll feel comfortable constructively challenging, educating and promoting the value of the Problem Management and Change Management processes. With the ability to plan and prioritise workload to ensure key deliverables of the role are completed within agreed targets, you’ll ideally have the ITIL Foundation qualification and certainly a strong grasp and experience working with ITIL processes.
