My client is a FTSE 250 and requires a Sales Executive to join an experienced team of market leaders based in Brighton. As part of a team who continue to drive for growth in an established yet fragmented market their brand enables new recruits to establish themselves far quicker than with a competitor.
Liaising with senior management including board directors you will be challenged daily to influence and further your market.
This is a supportive environment with a strong focus on enabling individuals to succeed. Having been established in the local market for over 20 years there is an existing network of clients as well as excellent access to information through their database and other sources.
Reporting into the Sales Manager the job of Sales Executive will be responsible for:
* Managing a defined set of clients, ranging from international leaders to rapidly expanding SMEs.
* Targeting clients, initially creating interest through your telephone sales skills before meeting them face to face to close the deal.
* Conversing and negotiating confidently and successfully with senior decision makers in the corporate world.
You must be prepared to push yourself in a sales environment if you want to reap the rewards. Sales experience is not required but motivation to succeed is vital.
