Our client is recruiting a Chef for their busy Pub in the Godstow area of Oxford serving all fresh food to satisfied customers. The pub has a modern kitchen and is popular locally as well as with tourists. The pub is looking for a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in serving a fresh Seasonal Menu with daily specials.
The Chef Role
Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef
Producing Fresh Cooked Food - British Seasonal Menu
Managing and ordering for your section
Maintain Hygiene & Safety Standards
Already working as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to large numbers
Good Motivator & Manager
Salary & Benefits
Salary to £22k
