  • There is full training and 'on-boarding' with the role, as such, direct industry sales experience is not a necessity although related industries are an advantage, such as:
  1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software or consultancy
  2. Contact centre technologies and/or software or consultancy
  • Marketing technologies and/or software or consultancy
  1. Business intelligence (BI) or Business Analytics (BA) software and/or consultancy.
  • Track record of leading a sales team is a must.
  • Previous experience of closing sizeable deals; been there and done it.
  • Software/SaaS experience is essential; either selling the technology or the consultancy.
  • Has the gravitas to get the buy in and respect from enterprise sales people in the team as well as people at the junior end.
  • A real strategic thinker who can balance a sales game-plan and people skills.
  • Energetic, positive, team player - someone who will thrive in a vibrant and inclusive culture where success is celebrated and rewarded.


As Head of Sales, your role is manage and coach an enthusiastic and performing team of New Business and Account Management sales professionals (circa 10 people all together). Using your experience in sales and leadership, you will run the sales operation and guide them to overcome some of the challenges faced when winning deals. This is a senior position and you will report directly into the VP Sales.

The role not only has immediately responsibility, there will also be growing scope over the next 6-12 months; including recruitment.
