A new job opportunity for an experienced, UX Developer or Customer Experience Manager to join an international group of companies on a permanent basis in their Bristol office. They are experiencing growth and are investing in their digital presence across a wide range of brands. The job offers excellent scope to make your mark in the business, liaising with senior leadership, other areas of the business, and clients, as part of the new in-house Digital Marketing, Development & Design team.
Your new role
You will be part of a driven, hands-on and talented Digital Marketing, Development and Design team. The web development has very recently been brought in-house and the Digital Marketing team is growing. You'll be managing, developing and delivering the best Digital Customer Experience, across the multiple brand websites, to enable the business to keep growing its client base and to drive revenue. Your work supports the business in maintaining their lead in a range of highly competitive and fast paced markets so you will be required to produce analytics and reports to identify, recommend and direct actions to improve the user and customer experience. You will work collaboratively across all areas of the business and liaise with major clients and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a pro-active, confident decision maker with proven, commercial experience as a UX Developer and/or CX Manager. You are an enthusiastic, adaptable and flexible person, able to work well in a fast changing, fast paced environment and across multiple projects. You'll have a high level of attention to detail and experience of working to tight deadlines, able and willing to support others in making sure that projects are managed and delivered effectively. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a confident, effective and influential communicator. You'll need to be confident in the use of social media, various online and digital tools as well as Microsoft Office, any experience of CMS such as Drupal or Wordpress will be of benefit to you and the team
