An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join a FTSE 250 company in Hilsea. The ideal Accounts Payable Supervisor will have excellent interpersonal skills and will motivate, support and develop a small team in a vibrant environment.

As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:

- Managing the Accounts Payable Team on a day to day basis.
- Ensuring accounts payable processes are actioned within agreed SLA's and KPI.
- Documenting and implementing new purchase ledger processes and enforcing a stringent internal controls environment.
- Dealing with internal and external queries regarding Invoices and payments.
- Ensuring the Team are trained in all aspects and understand the importance of a strong customer service approach; focused on efficiencies and delivery of a first class Accounts Payable function.

To be considered for the role of Accounts Payable Supervisor you must have the following:

- You will have previously worked in one of the following roles - Accounts Payable Manager, Accounts Payable Supervisor, Accounts Payable Team Leader, Purchase Ledger Manager, Purchase Ledger Team Leader, Purchase Ledger Supervisor, Senior Accounts Payable Clerk, Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk, Management Accountant, Finance Manager, Finance Supervisor.
- Understanding of end to end accounts payable and related functions and processes.
- Strong people management skills.
- AAT / Qualified by Experience (QBE).
