A vacancy has arisen at a family run emergency services company for a Coordinator. This role is based within a very busy expanding, scheduling and servicing department.
This role will involve liaise with the customer, engineers and other internal and external departments.
You will need to be:
- confident and adaptable
- able to thrive working in a fast paced emergency environment
- comfortable speaking to customers/clients on the telephone
- organised and have a methodical approach to your work
- computer literate
- good at listening and well spoken
- able to be an effective member of the team
