Role: IFA Administrator
Location: Wakefield
Salary: £18,000 plus bonus (10% of annual salary)

Reward Recruitment have been retained by an expanding firm if Independent Financial Planners, in Wakefield.

Due to continued organic growth, our client is looking to recruit a couple of experienced IFA Administrators to join their succesful and expanding team.

Responsibilities:

· Providing support to the Advisers and Paraplanners
· Processing new business
· Actively managing diary tasks
· Answering telephone queries from clients and providers
· Preparing client meeting packs
· Obtaining client valuations

Skills:

· Experience of working within an IFA Practice or the Financial Services Sector
· Financial Services qualifications are desirable, but not essential
· Good communication skills
· Professional attitude
· Ability to manage time effectively
