They are now looking for a Town Venue Manager to effectively drive the performance of their Wrexham gaming venues.
Leading and managing a team of full and part time staff, you must ensure the venue complies with all aspects of legislation, colleagues are trained and developed, all operational standards and processes are followed and the team delivers excellent customer service.
This role requires a positive, passionate and committed individual who is skilled in managing the conflicting demands of people, customers and the business. Trustworthy and ethical in your approach, you will have a high compliance and service focus and be highly effective in developing your team to deliver exceptional performance.
With strong interpersonal skills and evidence of successfully managing a small team, you will be highly flexible and have the ability to multi-task well in this ever changing environment. Computer literate, you will need to be fluent in English and have a good standard of mathematical skills.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be over the age of 18 and be willing to work shifts which reflect the trading hours of the venue.
In return, they can offer you a salary of £21,000 per annum plus excellent benefits such as up to 20% bonus, life assurance and a recognition programme.
