Regional Income Manager

Working 36 hours a week, across 5 days on a permanent contract.
As a Regional Income Manager you will manage a team of officers to ensure that the services delivered across the region and Group are innovative and effective. You will support the delivery of the Group's income management service and policies, which aim to maximise the amount of rent collected from, and minimise the financial hardship suffered by, our customers.
Responsible for managing, developing and supporting your direct reports you will also be required to matrix manage other supporting roles and services.
Demonstrating clear leadership and the ability to influence and persuade you will be accountable for actions and decisions and will have input into business strategy and budgets for your business area.
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to challenge, support, influence and engage senior managers and customers, applicants must also demonstrable a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
This role can be based at Tower View, Merton or Mole Valley.
Applicants must be able to travel across regions as required.
