An experience Java Developer is required to join one of the globes largest publishing house. You will be working on building complex search applications across multiple business units that will enable them to gain better insight into how to effectively target business growth. This is a business critical team that is at the forefront of development for this company. You will also be working across machine learning and big data so there is a lot to gain in terms of new skills.

For this role you will need to be able to demonstrate that you are comfortable with a face paced deployment environment. Technically you will need experience with Java 8, Elasticsearch or SOLR, REST and Spring. Any exposure to any Big Data tech like Hadoop or Machine Learning tech such as Azure Machine Learning will be nice but by no mean essential (as you will be trained on these).
