Business Development Manager - ERP Asset Management £60k + OTE

My client, a leader in their field within Telecoms, are urgently seeking their next star Business Development Manager who has a track record of success within Enterprise Sales of ERP Systems to join their team as they seek to expand their presence throughout the UK. You will have a strong history of New Business Generation with an inherent ability to convince and assist customers in finding top quality solutions.

You will be joining at a very exciting time, and will have lots of opportunity to really accelerate your career in a very short space of time. You will be joining a company who values the importance of sharing ideas between co-workers and engagement with colleagues in order to reach greater results.

Base salary is around the £60k mark with a first year package of £100k OTE and a £150k OTE in year 2. Skills required for the role:
*Track record of successful Software Sales Experience.
*Good knowledge of ERP systems preferable (SAP, Oracle, Sage, NetSuite etc).
*Great communication skills and ability to sell on the phone.
*Motivated by money and career progress - with defined career goals.
*Confidence relaying ideas to CxO level Management.
