Account Manager - Critical Skills / Experience Required:

  • Background of Sales within the IT or technology industry
  • Experience of outbound sales and a proven track record of consistent high performance
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets
  • The ability to build long standing relationships with clients and to maximize business within these organisations
  • Successful management of pipeline and forecasting business monthly and quarterly

Account Manager - Main Duties:

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Daily identification, nurturing and closing of new sales opportunities within a defined account base
  • Constantly build a sustainable pipeline of both run-rate and larger, bid opportunities
  • Regularly review/analyse accounts to understand growth opportunities for new lines of business
  • Continuously engaging with our customers making them aware of suitable products and services available to meet their needs
  • Recruit and Retained new and lapsed clients that will trade
  • Selling complete range of products and services
  • Cross-Sell & Up-Sell into accounts and look for additional streams of revenue within the account
