IT Sales Manager
£55,000 OTE £100,000 + Car allowance

Our client is a leading IT Support Services & Solutions company based in London and due to expansion are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join them and oversee the solutions selling side of the business. The role will involve an element of Account Management and Consultancy work.

Duties of the Sales Manager:

Responsibilities:

*Visiting client sites and identifying Solutions to their IT requirements
Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue quota (e.g. exceed quota of 3M +)
Responsible for managing and growing business, maximizing short term revenue
Responsible for building future sales pipelines through the demonstration of account and territory planning
*Ability to work with Sales Engineering team (Pre-Sales team) and Account Managers
*Capable of closing Contracts and services Deals
*Participate in sales conference calls and prospect visits
*Possess demonstrable skills in customer-centric selling and a proven track record using it to help drive revenue
*Work independently and as a vital member of the sales team.
*Work with the sales leadership team to strategize on sales approaches
*Ensure successful on-site product evaluations
*Plan, manage and execute customer product pilots
*Provide exemplary Sales expertise through technical and product presentations, product demonstrations, pilot implementations, beta program administration, consistent communication, and on-going consultation

Skills and Experience required:

*Proven record of account development in sales or a similar role in selling IT services
*Confident in building relationships with potential clients and managing their account professionally
*Confident and target driven with the will to succeed
*Full UK driving licence
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a thoroughly professional approach

They are looking for an ambitious team player with previous sales experience working within the IT industry that is dedicated to getting results and hitting targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling support, hardware, software and solutions to Corporate and Public Sector bodies.
