1st Line Support Analyst
As a result of continued growth, our Manchester City Centre based, multi-national client is looking to grow their support function by bringing an additional 1st Line Support professional into the business.
As a member of the 1st line support team you will be responsible for providing a best in class IT service support and ensure effective, timely support for key IT issues. This will include providing remote support to multiple sites while striving for strive for continuous improvement and delivering against key objectives and delivery of SLAs.
You will support a wide range of technologies including hardware (laptops/desktops/printers/etc.), EPOS, mobile technology and a range of applications, predominantly within the Microsoft suite. These could include include:
- Microsoft Office
- Windows 7 / 8 / 10
- Exchange 200x
- Active Directory
As such, we are looking for someone with broad exposure supporting multiple technologies and an ability to adapt quickly and 'think on their feet'. An excellent communicator, you will be able to deliver excellent customer service to a range of stakeholders and have a keen interest in developing your knowledge of the industry.
