Are you a skilled PHP Developer ?

My Glasgow based client is expanding and is looking for experienced PHP Developers of varying levels of experience to join the team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop complex software solutions to meet project and business requirements
  • Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Support and maintain existing systems
  • Driving the development of their existing system to a cutting edge solution
  • Communicate complex information to users of varying levels of experience

Required skills include:

  • Expert PHP web development skills
  • Solid in depth SQL experience
  • You will have solid understanding of the following technologies Javascript, JQuery, JQuery UI and Ajax.
  • Experience as an object-oriented developer, with strong understanding of stored procedures.
  • A good understanding of responsive frameworks and JS libraries
  • Troubleshooting and debugging skills

Desirable skills include:

  • Experience with Oracle SQL & PL/ SQL
  • Developed code on legacy systems or modernised legacy code.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, SQL & Oracle and or other, leading RDBMS.
  • Experience in delivering developments in some or all of the following CRM, Business Intelligence, API's, Document Management, System Security & Administration, Document Management and Process Automation.
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Code Igniter and Linux based development tools.
