European Marketing Manager. Trampoline Parks. Bristol. £50K

A rapidly growing provider of Trampoline Parks across the UK and Europe is looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join their team in Bristol. This is a brand-new role for the company due to their expansion, for one of the first indoor trampoline parks of its kind. With upward of 5 sites across the UK, Germany and Sweden, this provider is going from strength to strength in this booming market.

As Marketing Manager you will evolve the marketing strategy and manage customer acquisition, retention, monetization and merchandise development. The acquisition will be heavily biased towards digital channels. In this role, intense and continuous interaction with core management is essential. This includes CRM, Performance Marketing and Finance Planning & Analysis functions. The role is an integral part of the senior management team and will build and maintain strong relationships with corresponding functions in other areas of the business across all territories. This position will control the style, messaging and tone of all internal and external communication pieces, including printed pieces, member surveys, the website, social media, etc.

Key Qualifications and Experiences for the role include:

  • Mastery of Digital Marketing principles and best practices across all channels
  • Willingness to travel (Sweden and Germany)
  • Creative mindset
  • Multi-site experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of organization and diligence
  • Leisure, Retail or Service sector experience
  • Fluent in German is desired
