Software Sales Executive

Location: London

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 + Commissions

We are working with an online software company that creates tools to help businesses, brands and agencies manage, monitor and measure their social media efforts. They’re looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical skills and natural sales DNA to join the team as a Sales Development Executive (SDE). You will gain experience interacting with clients of all sizes in the UK, US and all around the world. Ideal candidates should be competitive and eager to advance through a clearly defined career and earnings path.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class customer experience.
  • Meet your quarterly target by diligently contacting and qualifying every inbound lead.
  • Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline, and learn how to close deals.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in the Sendible platform.
  • Having well-communicated and effective qualification calls.
  • Communicating customer feedback to our Development Team to ensure our customers love the product

Key Skills:

  • Good experience in a customer facing role
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and tools
  • Eloquent speaker and writer
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • A team player, hard-working, passionate, enthusiastic and confident
  • Any SaaS (Software as a service) knowledge would be highly advantageous
