Your new role
In your role as Client Service Representative, you be working as part of a team to maximise customer experience with our clients and financial advisers via telephone, email and written correspondence. Your daily duties will include:
Dealing with banks, investment companies, Financial Advisers and members by telephone, email and letter in a courteous and professional manner
Ensuring all KPI's are met or exceeded
Delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Ensuring all relevant processes are strictly adhered to
Meeting regulatory standards including compliance with Company and Regulatory policies
What you'll need to succeed
Customer Service experience, ideally within a Call Centre
