Commercial Brand Manager - Casual Dining
SSP UK is looking for a Brand Manager to join our Bars and Casual Dining team - working on a range of uniquely styled restaurants and bars in Airports and stations across the UK. As Brand Manager, you'll be working to ensure that the restaurants and bars are growing their sales and profitability through great branding, menu development and product development.
Our Brand Managers work hard to ensure that our restaurants, bars and pubs offer our guests a great experience as they travel.
SSP Group Plc is a world-wide retail catering company with operations in 32 countries and employing over 30,000 people. In the UK, we operate well known branded restaurants, pubs, bars, cafés and convenience stores in airports and train stations.
As Brand Manager for our restaurants and bars, you'll be leading on projects to drive overall profitability and sales growth within the category. This would include all commercial proposals for the sites you look after, from pricing reviews to product development to range reviews. You will be involved in the full marketing mix, with support from our category management, NPD and Creative teams.
You'll be creating and managing a calendar of seasonal activity across your restaurants and pubs, responding to localised activity and challenges, whilst making sure that we continue to drive footfall into our sites.
Are you the ideal candidate for this role?
We are looking for someone with signifcant Commercial Brand Management experience, but we're open on background and would love to speak to you if you're coming from a FMCG or grocery background!
- Flexible and adaptable approach with excellent team working skills
- Ability to manage complex and multiple tasks with good prioritization skills
- Proven track record in delivery of sales, profit and margin and all relevant commercial and brand marketing KPI's
