Technical Support Engineer / Operations Engineer (Linux Administration Networking TCP/IP). Specialist technology consultancy working on a high end sports betting platform for a licensed bookmaker is seeking a bright, ambitious Technical Support Engineer to join a growing team.

As a Technical Support Engineer you'll provide IT Support, Implementation and Operational maintenance, supporting a dedicated team of software developers within an Agile environment; you'll take part in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions and product demos to business stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include ensuring all support tickets are resolved; creation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation and performance of routine monthly maintenance to proactively deal with potential technical issues.

You'll be working in a technology driven environment as part of a collaborative team with lots of opportunity to learn and develop your skills.

*Strong Linux administration skills
*Good knowledge of Networking (Juniper / Cisco) including switches, firewalls and routers; TCP/IP Network Design and troubleshooting
*Collaborative team member with excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Desirable: VMWare
